Return & Exchange Policy for Sunglasses

Thank you for shopping with us! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a clear return policy for your convenience. Please read the following carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
    • Sunglasses can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
    • Optical Frames cannot be returned or exchange especially after the prescription lenses added
    • The sunglasses must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  2. No Refund Policy:
    • Please note that we do not offer refunds for sunglasses/eyeglasses or any other product. You may exchange the item for another model of the same value or receive store credit.
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene and health regulations.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Exchanges will be processed on weekdays only. We are unable to process any exchanges or returns on weekends or public holidays.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
